    Highpointe is a gated, master-planned community of more than 1,000 homes on roughly 740 acres in unincorporated Hays County, off Sawyer Ranch Road just south of US-290. Originally developed by Pulte Homes of Texas and built out between the mid-2000s and 2021, it is now a fully built-out, resale community zoned to Dripping Springs ISD.

    Year Built Range

    Most homes built between 2005 and 2021. The final new-construction phase (Ashton Woods' Platinum Heights) was released in 2019.

    Roughly 2,300 – 8,000+ sq ft, averaging around 3,500 sq ft. Resale floor plans range widely across the community's mix of builders and lot sizes.

    Lot Sizes

    Builder sections sold on 60-, 70-, 80-, and 90-foot lots. Lot sizes generally range from about 0.18 to 0.6 acres, with some greenbelt-backing parcels larger.

    HOA

    Highpointe Property Owners Association, Inc., managed by PS Property Management (highpointe.psprop.net). HOA membership is mandatory — contact the HOA for current dues, ACC rules, and gate procedures.

    School District

    Dripping Springs ISD. Highpointe is currently zoned to Sycamore Springs Elementary and Sycamore Springs Middle (both at 14451 Sawyer Ranch Rd, adjacent to the community) and Dripping Springs High School. Verify by address at dsisdtx.us.

    HOA dues, gate procedures, ACC standards, and DSISD attendance boundaries change. Always confirm the current details with the HOA (highpointe.psprop.net) and DSISD (dsisdtx.us) before making a purchase decision.
